    I think I’ve seen this picture before, and some time ago if I recall correctly. I believe it was in a photoshop contest forum, so I’m pretty sure it’s been digitally altered. If memory serves it was related to a Japanese fertility festival that celebrates the phallus, and I’m pretty sure there aren’t Dairy Queens in Japan. It may be quite shocking, but I don’t agree with the previous poster that it’s morally wrong - it’s just part of their culture.
